When you sign up for Main St. Marketing we collect your name, email address and details about your business that you provide — such as your business name, opening hours, services, offers and brand voice. If you upload documents like menus or price lists, we store them so our AI can write content grounded in your facts.

When you connect a social platform (such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram), we receive your connected account details and, through our posting partner, your reviews, follower counts and post performance so we can display them in Main St. Marketing.

We use your information to:

• Draft, schedule and publish social posts on your behalf
• Draft replies to your customer reviews, and send them when you approve
• Show analytics about how your posts and profiles are performing
• Run your weekly autopilot plan according to the mode you choose
• Provide support and improve Main St. Marketing

Main St. Marketing uses artificial intelligence to write posts, review replies and analysis. Your business details, uploaded documents and review content are sent to AI providers strictly to generate this content for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and your AI providers do not either under our agreements with them.

Main St. Marketing relies on trusted providers to run: a cloud database host, an AI provider, a social publishing partner (which connects to platforms like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn on your behalf), and an email delivery provider. Each only receives the data needed to perform its function. When you authorize a social platform, that platform handles your sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Reviews and other content about your customers are processed on your behalf so you can manage your reputation. You are responsible for your use of that content in line with the platform's terms and applicable privacy laws.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete posts, gallery images and documents from within Main St. Marketing at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your data is stored securely in the cloud with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to your business's members. API keys and credentials are stored in a secure vault, never in your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us at any time to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy as Main St. Marketing evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Main St. Marketing after a change means you accept the updated policy.
